We use TRX, dumbbells, and bodyweight, mixing different loading patterns so your abs fire from every angle and never get too comfortable. This is all about control, clean technique, and really feeling the muscles working in every single rep.

If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
