60 minutes for your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes! In short, toned legs and firm glutes - this is what you'll achieve from this workout.
Using machines, you’ll put your thighs and glutes through an intense workout. At the end, you'll complete a core workout and a cool down.
We've designed the workout so you won't be lost among the machines. The exercises and load are selected for optimal effectiveness, and the trainer is always ready to guide and correct your technique, ensuring you get not only pleasure from the process but also impressive results!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
