Sophia Vitko

She blends classical yoga practices with hammock work, helping the body feel both strength and lightness at the same time. Her favorite pose is Shirshasana, a symbol of inner stability and harmony. In her classes, Sofia creates an atmosphere where practice becomes a source of growth, recovery, and self-care.
Trained as a lawyer, you won’t find her in court — she chose the studio and the mat instead. In her free time, Sofia enjoys walks with her dog and warm moments with loved ones.
