Stretching TRX is a workout developing flexibility and mobility. The perfect combo to tone and strengthen major muscle groups using TRX loops. A workout suitable for all fitness levels. This lesson is not about splits, but about the flexibility and functionality of the body.
We recommend stretching after intense functional and cardio training for recovery and better muscle development. It saturates the muscles with oxygen, improves blood circulation to the muscles, and helps their recovery and growth.
Suitable for all skill levels.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
