Olesia Belska
This is our trainer Olesia. She has been practicing yoga for over 4 years and teaching for half a year. She holds an international CYT100 certification and continues her education at LDUFK. Before yoga, she spent more than 10 years doing folk dancing — that’s where her love for movement and body harmony began. She enjoys mountains, hiking, climbing, and an active lifestyle.
