WHAT TO EXPECT:
Active yoga that uses static asanas and focuses on breathing. It helps you develop flexibility and physical endurance.
During this class, we’ll practice:
— Asanas (positions), which help keep your body healthy, beautiful, and strong
— Pranayama (breath-control techniques), which helps you control your breathing and emotions
— How to focus, which helps you keep calm and direct energy into constructive channels to boost your spiritual growth
— Meditation (relaxation), which enables you to feel the true self
Suitable for all skill levels.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
