Kristina Uzun

She has been teaching yoga for 7 years. Completed two courses (200h TTC) in Ashtanga Yoga, Shivananda, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Later transitioned into group strength training and became certified in the GRIT program by Les Mills. Participated in numerous seminars about yoga, meditative and breathing techniques, yoga massages and Ayurvedic nutrition.
