FRANCHISE TYPES

Standard franchise
The Smartass team provides complete support for the construction and launch of the club.

The franchisee receives control of an already functioning business and a trained team, as well as regular consulting from the central office during the first 4 months of operation. After launch we receive a percentage of the income.
Management franchise
The franchisee acts as a passive investor, and our experienced operations team is engaged in the construction and launch of the club, ensures the selection of personnel and carries out full management of the project in the future, sharing profits with the franchisee

TERMS OF OPENING SMARTASS FRANCHISE

$60,000 lump sum:

  • An app
  • A CRM system
  • Recruitment of all team members
  • Adjunction of your location to our website
  • A marketing strategy
  • Architectural design and implementation of the club by our indoor architectural team
  • Launch of a mini-café
  • Regular management and support from our team after launch

The club’s area starts from 200 m2

A 7% royalty fee from the turnover after the club gets launched

Club management by an experienced team and all the advantages of the Smartass franchise:

  • Application, CRM system and connection to the website of your location
  • Architectural design and implementation of the club by our indoor architectural team
  • Marketing strategy and launch of a mini-cafe

Investment to get started about $1,000 per m2

The club’s area starts from 200 m2

Profit distribution to return on investment – 65% for the investor and 35% for us
