- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. Intensive functional workout using various sports equipment and your weight. Barre
- Training duration — 45 minutes - Takes place in special grip socks Elegant and effective workout in the studio with ballet barre. Barre combines ballet, fitness, and pilates. You’ll do a full-body workout without jumping and running. However, you’ll work out all muscle groups, including the smaller ones that lie under the bigger ones, thanks to special exercises. Smaller muscles are the most difficult to activate, but they help shape graceful arms — like those of ballerinas — and toned slender hips. Depending on your workout level, you’ll work with your weight, one-kilogram dumbbells, resistance bands, and sliders and do barre exercises. By the way, you’ll notice a change in your posture after just a few workouts thanks to barre and ballet techniques.
Rock Games
- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. Intensive functional workout using various sports equipment and your weight. During a 45-minute workout, you’ll burn up to 500 calories and activate your entire body. Every workout is unique. Sometimes you’ll work out alone, sometimes in a pair, and sometimes in a team. This class is very similar to Games, but the playlist consists entirely of rock hits.
TRX
- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. You’ll work out using your body weight and TRX bands, without any additional equipment. You’ll do full-body workouts thanks to the balance and different slope angles. Some workouts can be harder and more intense. We recommend trying out different trainers and picking your favorite one. But even if you’re a novice, our trainer will select the most appropriate load for you and make sure you do everything the right way!
Barre TRX
- Training duration — 45 minutes - Takes place in special grip socks These workouts combine popular barre and TRX bands. Barre combines ballet, fitness, and pilates. You’ll do full-body workouts without jumping and running. However, you’ll work out all muscle groups, including the smaller ones that lie under the bigger ones, thanks to special exercises. Smaller muscles are the most difficult to activate, but they help shape graceful arms—like those of ballerinas—and toned slender hips. We enriched the barre elements by adding more balancing exercises thanks to TRX bands. You can now adjust your difficulty level just by changing the angle.
Dance Mix
- Training duration — 60 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. Do you remember that feeling when you’re at a club, your favorite song is on, and your body wants to move, but you feel stiff, and it seems like you can’t really move like Jagger? Forget it! At Smartass, we dance with pro-level trainers to modern hits in half-dark halls. Also, you’ll feel recharged and enjoy cool emotions during workouts! No complex moves and combos.
GAMES UA
- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. 45 minutes of intensive training with the most exciting Ukrainian songs! We support not only the strength but also the spirit of the nation UA. Training with weights, dumbbells, slams, Bulgarian bags, TRX loops, air bikes, rowing machines and other equipment. A comprehensive class for all muscle groups for those who do not waste time.
Hot Ass
- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. Hot Ass - a workout where your buttocks will burn like fire. Let's work out the muscles of the legs and hips, and make the shapes even more appetizing. Functional training for the buttocks, legs and thighs. The program is designed so that your legs become slimmer and your buttocks more elastic.  We use different equipment and training scenarios.
Cardio Bands
- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need usual socks for the workout. Cardio Bands is our original workout, which combines interesting cardio exercises with special rubber bands, and floor exercises, with the help of which we work out the buttocks, legs and core. Cardio will help burn a lot of calories and is based on simple jumps and their combinations which you can easily repeat, and rubber bands reduce impact of jumps and help to work out your arms and shoulders beautifully. *You need sneakers for the training. Suitable for all training levels.
Barre Classic
- Training duration — 45 minutes - Takes place in special grip socks Barre Classic is an intense and energetic full-body workout. This class format is closer to the original world-famous barre. There won't be complicated combinations, you can easily repeat and remember everything, but the body will burn from springs and precise movements with a small amplitude and unusual positions. We will start by working with small dumbbells to make the arms beautiful and graceful. Then we will work on the hips and glutes, where a ballet barre will be especially helpful.  And, of course, let's not forget about the core in the final. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Boxing Pro 
- Training duration — 60 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. A powerful author's class for those who want to be a professional in Boxing! It starts with a power block and performing special exercises and strikes. The second part of training is working on the bag, and practicing specific exercises to develop strength and endurance.

Yaroslava Mahuchikh believes that for high jumps, you need to be strong not only physically but also mentally. Your trainer shows simple combos, i.e., your cardio workout. After that, you do strength and cutting workouts on the floor. You’ll alternate these blocks. Thanks to this structure, your muscles will wake up faster but tire more slowly. You’ll do arms, shoulders, abs, back, and legs exercises.
Power Barre
- Training duration — 45 minutes - Takes place in special grip socks This barre class is full of strength exercises to shape the shredded body you’ve always wanted. Just imagine ballet with dumbbells, no matter how eclectic it sounds! Barre combines ballet, fitness, and pilates. You’ll do full-body workouts without jumping and running.
