Ina is a certified group fitness instructor and nutrition specialist with over 10 years of experience. She has completed a number of international trainings that shape her overall approach.

She leads both high-intensity classes (HIIT, Tapout, Tae Bo) and conditioning workouts, complemented by mobility practices.

She believes that every workout should be effective, varied, and motivating - one that makes you want to come back to the gym.

She leads Functional, Power Girls, Games, and Pilatass classes
