Cardio Bands is our original workout, which combines interesting cardio exercises with special rubber bands, and floor exercises, with the help of which we work out the buttocks, legs, core, and stretching. Cardio will help burn a lot of calories and is based on simple jumps and their combinations which you can easily repeat, and rubber bands reduce impact of jumps and help to work out your arms and shoulders beautifully. 5Q (5 Qualities) is Anna Mazna's original class. Functional training which develops 5 physical qualities: endurance, speed, strength, flexibility and coordination. 45 minutes of various exercises so that you will not be bored, and the body will receive the necessary load in all muscle groups.

A gratis practical Barre class for beginners and those who want to improve their technique. This class helps you learn how to use our equipment and do basic exercises at Smartass.
This is a high-intensity cardio class dedicated to running: we will correct technique, analyze mistakes on video, perform special running exercises and exercises with equipment to learn how to run correctly and quickly. And most importantly, the training will take place in the open air of the new and functional stadium at Osvity street 5. Suitable for all levels of training.
