Boxing
Active functional class for all levels. You start with a punching bag. Your trainer shows simple combos, i.e., your cardio workout. After that, you do strength and cutting workouts on the floor. You’ll alternate these blocks. Thanks to this structure, your muscles will wake up faster but tire more slowly. You’ll do arms, shoulders, abs, back, and legs exercises.
Games
Intensive functional workout using various sports equipment and your weight. During a 45-minute workout, you’ll burn up to 500 calories and activate your entire body. Every workout is unique. Power
Functional workout involving lots of strength exercises, lasting ten minutes longer than Games, and offering almost no cardio. This workout aims to ensure that you no longer need to go to classic gym to bulk up and shape the shredded body.
Barre TRX
These workouts combine popular barre and TRX bands. Barre combines ballet, fitness, and pilates. You’ll do full-body workouts without jumping and running. However, you’ll work out all muscle groups, including the smaller ones that lie under the bigger ones, thanks to special exercises. Smaller muscles are the most difficult to activate, but they help shape graceful arms—like those of ballerinas—and toned slender hips. We enriched the barre elements by adding more balancing exercises thanks to TRX bands. You can now adjust your difficulty level just by changing the angle.
GAMES UA
45 minutes of intensive training with the most exciting Ukrainian songs! We support not only the strength but also the spirit of the nation UA. Training with weights, dumbbells, slams, Bulgarian bags, TRX loops, air bikes, rowing machines and other equipment. A comprehensive class for all muscle groups for those who do not waste time.
Hot Ass
Hot Ass- a workout where your buttocks will burn like fire. Let's work out the muscles of the legs and hips, and make the shapes even more appetizing. Functional training for the buttocks, legs and thighs. The program is designed so that your legs become slimmer and your buttocks more elastic.  We use different equipment and training scenarios.
Brave Games
Brave Games: charity workout. This is a competition in which everyone wins: you, us, Ukraine! 50% of the funds are given to charity. Team work. And a playlist full of Cossack drive.
Power Barre
This barre class is full of strength exercises to shape the shredded body you’ve always wanted. Just imagine ballet with dumbbells, no matter how eclectic it sounds! Cardio Bands
Cardio Bands is our original workout, which combines interesting cardio exercises with special rubber bands, and floor exercises, with the help of which we work out the buttocks, legs and core. Cardio will help burn a lot of calories and is based on simple jumps and their combinations which you can easily repeat, and rubber bands reduce impact of jumps and help to work out your arms and shoulders beautifully. *You need sneakers for the training. Suitable for all training levels.
Brave Power

Brave Hot Ass

Boxing Pro 
A powerful author's class for those who want to be a professional in Boxing! It starts with a power block and performing special exercises and strikes. The second part of training is working on the bag, and practicing specific exercises to develop strength and endurance. 
Funky team
Funky Team is a unique functional workout where trainers (and it’s WOW) train alongside you! The GAMES class uses a variety of equipment to increase endurance and actively burn calories. Plyo boxes, rowing machines, TRX functional straps, ropes, dumbbells, resistance bands, and kettlebells! Only fun exercises and an energetic team of trainers. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Games 2000s
An intense functional workout in true Y2K style. 45 minutes to burn up to 500 calories, sculpt your whole body, and feel like an MTV-era superstar. We’ll use both classic equipment and bodyweight moves to bring the heat. This Games playlist is a throwback to the golden 2000s: from “Oops!... I Did It Again” to hip-hop anthems that blasted from every MP3 player. Keep Shazam close — you’ll definitely want to save a few tracks between sets. Games 2000s is for all fitness levels. Birthday Boxing
