Nadiia Semka
Nadiia is a professional ballet dancer at the Lviv National Opera and Ballet Theatre and an educator with 10 years of teaching experience.
She has dedicated most of her life to the art she loves, studying and mastering it from an early age. Nadiia holds degrees in Ballet Performance and Contemporary Dance Choreography. She graduated from the I. K. Karpenko-Karyi Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema and Television with a Master’s degree with honors.
In her classes, you’ll strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and learn to move with ease, grace, and awareness.
She teaches: Barre TRX, Barre Classic, Power Barre, Stretch & Roll, and Stretching.
