2000 Run + Power Full
Tiësto, David Guetta, Benny Benassi, and more: the tracks that dominated dance floors and headphones back in the early 2000s. The workout format stays the same, but the vibe is completely shifting. The lights, the tempo, and the sound will instantly transport you back to the Y2K era — making the hard work feel easy and helping you leave your worries behind. Keep Shazam handy: you’ll definitely want to add a few throwbacks to your Y2K playlist between sets!
It starts before the studio. Meet in the common area — your trainer will gather the crew and lead the way.
55 minutes. Treadmill plus strength blocks — a total body workout.
Three progressive running blocks: pace and incline increase with every round. Between sets, you’ll hit strength stations for legs, upper body, and core. Your muscles won't have a second to cool down.
Running boosts metabolism and builds endurance. Strength blocks define and tighten the entire body. The result: recomposition — less volume, more structure. It’s a body that looks different and feels different at the same time.
Afterward, your heart rate settles, and your mind is clear. And that lack of breathlessness on the stairs? That’s a result, too.
