In this class, we move through hammock-supported asanas that release tension and decompress your spine. Breathing techniques open the chest and bring you a little closer to that zen state of mind.
We work with bodyweight, building flexibility and endurance — and finish with deep relaxation in the air, as if your body’s on vacation from gravity.
Flow Yoga welcomes both beginners and seasoned practitioners — the hammock will be your steady support throughout the journey.
Pay attention to the attire: wear clothing that covers exposed areas of skin to ensure maximum comfort during the session. It's preferable to wear a t-shirt, leggings, and socks.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
