This class is about control, strength, and trust in your own body. No barbells or machines — just you and your bodyweight. Calisthenics builds strength, endurance, mobility, and coordination, but most importantly, it teaches you to move with awareness and intention.
During the class, you’ll work with bars, rings, parallel bars, and parallettes, learning both strength and static elements, balance, and transitions. From basic pull-ups and push-ups to more advanced skills like handstands or muscle-ups — all at your own pace, with no pressure to compare yourself to others.
The session is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with prior experience. We adapt the workload to your level and focus on proper technique and steady, sustainable progress.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
