Olenka Novosad

Olena has been practicing yoga for over 13 years, and for more than 10 of them she has been teaching aerial yoga. For her, yoga is not about results or perfect poses, but about the process itself — cultivating awareness of the body, the breath, and the present moment.
Yoga has always been a point of stability for Olena: no matter what is happening around her, she can roll out the mat, focus on her breath, and allow the mind to rest while the body moves gently. She truly believes that the essence of yoga is not in touching your toes, but in what you learn along the way.
At first, yoga teaches mindfulness on the mat, and over time, beyond it as well. Olena’s guiding principle is simple: never compete with yourself, because in such a struggle someone always loses. She supports a practice rooted not in effort or struggle, but in acceptance, care, and a friendly relationship with one’s own body.
