WHAT TO EXPECT:
Training in the gym for the upper shoulder girdle: strength and relief are guaranteed!
We will do presses to work on the chest. Perform exercises on the block machine to strengthen the back. We'll feel the biceps and triceps, and finish with some abs work.
This is like a full-fledged workout in the gym, using both machines and free weights, but you won't have to come up with exercises on your own or wait in line for equipment while some bodybuilder lifts 200 kg. You'll train in a positive company and under the guidance of our experienced trainer. It's almost like a personal training session, but more fun.
After the workout, don't forget to check the schedule and sign up for a Lower Body or Full Body class in a few days to work your entire body this week!
