60 minutes for your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes! In short, toned legs and firm glutes - this is what you'll achieve from this workout.
Using machines, you’ll put your thighs and glutes through an intense workout. At the end, you'll complete a core workout and a cool down.
We've designed the workout so you won't be lost among the machines. The exercises and load are selected for optimal effectiveness, and the trainer is always ready to guide and correct your technique, ensuring you get not only pleasure from the process but also impressive results!
After the workout, don't forget to check the schedule and sign up for an Upper Body or Full Body class in a few days to work your entire body this week!
