For more than 6 years, she has been training and helping to achieve a healthy and functional body without injuries and pain. Julia knows manual muscle testing, Pilates, strength and functional training, personal training, stretching, interfascial release and TRX.

Loves active recreation and recommends it to everyone. She constantly tells something interesting to clients, writes meal plans, and likes to work comprehensively.
