Since childhood, Olesya Dziurdz has been active.
That's why she chose a speciality that would be useful for her and others.
She graduated from Ivan Franko Drohobych State Pedagogical University and is a rehabilitation therapist.
She believes that a qualified specialist should always develop and learn, so she has attended many seminars and courses, such as iFit ‘Anatomy Basics Trainer’, DOG School of Trainers ‘TRX Functional Loop Training Basics’, ‘Stretching’, ‘Melnichenko Fitness Camp’ and Rocktape ‘FMT Basic’, but she does not stop there, because there is always room for growth.
Olesia is also fond of learning foreign languages.
She teaches: Power, Games, TRX and Stretching.
