Liliia Dorosh

This is our trainer, Lilia. She specializes in fitness, nutrition, and stretching.
She is certified in group training and has completed specialized courses in stretching and nutrition. Lilia leads group classes where she combines proper technique, smart training loads, and care for participants’ well-being.
She explains exercises clearly and accessibly, supports each participant, and creates a comfortable and motivating class atmosphere. Her trainings focus on structured programs, correct technique, and a balanced approach to intensity, so everyone can achieve their results.
She teaches Power, Power Girls, and Games classes.
