Workout suitable for all fitness levels, both women and men. It’s about body flexibility and functionality rather than doing the splits. We recommend stretching after intense functional and cardio workouts for recovery and better muscle development.
Stretching helps your muscles to get more oxygen. In turn, it improves blood circulation in your muscles and helps them to recover and to develop in the right way.

If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
