Original Smartass intensive workout using Versaclimber machines, dumbbells, and your weight. Enjoy sprints on the machine, which simulate climbing a vertical cliff at a high pace, and more relaxed strength and endurance sessions with weights on the floor.
Cycle
Cardio workouts at the most Instagrammable Smartass studio. In 2019, our Cycle studio in Kyiv received the award for the world’s best design at IES Illumination Awards. Each of our trainers offers a special approach to workouts. Some of them put more emphasis on strength and endurance, some focus on cardio workouts, and some concentrate on creating a good mood and fun dance choreography. We recommend trying out several workouts with different trainers to choose what you like best.
Boxing
Active functional class for all levels. You start with a punching bag. Your trainer shows simple combos, i.e., your cardio workout. After that, you do strength and cutting workouts on the floor. You’ll alternate these blocks. Thanks to this structure, your muscles will wake up faster but tire more slowly. You’ll do arms, shoulders, abs, back, and legs exercises.
Games
Intensive functional workout using various sports equipment and your weight. During a 45-minute workout, you’ll burn up to 500 calories and activate your entire body. Every workout is unique. Sometimes you’ll work out alone, sometimes in a pair, and sometimes in a team. Every workout comes with a special playlist to motivate you even more. Barre
Elegant and effective workout in the studio with ballet barre. Barre combines ballet, fitness, and pilates. You’ll do a full-body workout without jumping and running. However, you’ll work out all muscle groups, including the smaller ones that lie under the bigger ones, thanks to special exercises. Smaller muscles are the most difficult to activate, but they help shape graceful arms — like those of ballerinas — and toned slender hips.
Stretching
Workout suitable for all fitness levels, both women and men. It’s about body flexibility and functionality rather than doing the splits. We recommend stretching after intense functional and cardio workouts for recovery and better muscle development.
TRX
You’ll work out using your body weight and TRX bands, without any additional equipment. You’ll do full-body workouts thanks to the balance and different slope angles. Some workouts can be harder and more intense. We recommend trying out different trainers and picking your favorite one. But even if you’re a novice, our trainer will select the most appropriate load for you and make sure you do everything the right way!
Recovery
Workout that reminds the self-massage. Everyone who works out more than twice a week or feels tightness and muscle or joint pain needs to do this workout. Using special rollers, balls, and exercises, you’ll relax and massage your muscles after strength and cardio workouts. We’ll work on fascia, a layer of tissue that covers our organs and muscles. This way, your muscles will recover faster, and you’ll see the expected result after previous workouts.
Hatha yoga
Active yoga that uses static asanas and focuses on breathing. It helps you develop flexibility and physical endurance.
Power
Intense workout involving lots of strength exercises, lasting ten minutes longer than Games, and offering almost no cardio. This workout aims to ensure that you no longer need to go to classic gym to bulk up and shape the shredded body.
Power 100
Low-intensity workout with lots of strength exercises and minimal cardio. It aims to ensure that you no longer need to go to classic gym to bulk up and shape the shredded body. This class is very similar to Games Power, but the aim here is to repeat every move within an exercise 100 times. This way, you’ll pump your muscles and make them look bigger. The result is nice and fast. And if you attend the class regularly, it’ll also last longer!
Dance Cycle
A class that combines the most exciting trends in fitness — cycle and dance. 45 minutes of riding with dance movements that load arms and core and, simultaneously, distract you from the monotonous movement of the bicycle. Specially selected playlists are waiting for you so that your body starts dancing by itself. Ideal for those who want cardio, but avoid cycling due to the deceptive monotony of the movement. It will not be boring here definitely.
Cycle Pro
High-intensity 90-minute workouts where you ride at 75–95% of your maximum heart rate. Hard, yet cool! This class is designed for the experienced riders, who have attended Cycle workouts at Smartass for at least 2 months.
Cycle 60 min
A whole hour of bike riding by Oleksandr Maksymchuk for those who have been familiar with this direction of fitness for a long time and are not going to stop even in winter. For those who want even faster, even stronger, even more intensively!

A mix of moves from yoga, pilates, acrobatics, capoeira, and breakdancing. These workouts will let you feel your body in a new way and become strong, flexible, and agile. You’ll imitate the way animals move in the wild.
Rock Games

5Q (5 Qualities) is Anna Mazna's original class. Functional training which develops 5 physical qualities: endurance, speed, strength, flexibility and coordination. 45 minutes of various exercises so that you will not be bored, and the body will receive the necessary load in all muscle groups.

And most importantly, the training will take place in the open air of the new and functional stadium at Osvity street 5. Suitable for all levels of training.
