WHAT TO EXPECT:
5Q (5 Qualities) is Anna Mazna's original class.
Functional training which develops 5 physical qualities: endurance, speed, strength, flexibility and coordination.
45 minutes of various exercises so that you will not be bored, and the body will receive the necessary load in all muscle groups.
Suitable for all physical levels.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
