Brave Power: charity workout.

Intense workout involving lots of strength exercises, lasting ten minutes longer than Games, and offering almost no cardio.
This workout aims to ensure that you no longer need to go to classic gym to bulk up and shape the shredded body.
Suitable for all skill levels.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
