Return and refund policy

SMARTASS offers a full money-back guarantee for all purchases on our Online Services: website and related software, including the SMARTASS Application. If you are unsatisfied with the services you purchased from us, you can get your money back, no questions asked.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase in the same way as the payment was made, unless you choose a different method of return. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our clients to try the services in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. Any comments on the work of any Club, its branches and their service, claims regarding the quality of services provided by us, including, in particular, payment, other claims and requests may be submitted by the clients in writing and delivered or left by letter at the reception of the relevant Club or by e-mail to: [email protected].

Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of their submission by authorised employees of the relevant Club.

Any refund payments are exercised in the same manner (using the same payment manner) and to the same payment details from which the refunding payment was made unless appropriate claim or request contains another payment details with strict indication to use these new details for the refund payment. The client applying for a refund is responsible for the relevance of the payment details provided by him/her, the possibility of crediting funds to the account, as well as the subsequent availability of the credited funds for such client.
