Ashtanga yoga
WHAT TO EXPECT:
IMPORTANT: To sign up for a class, you must purchase the Ashtanga Soundhealing package.
A style of yoga for experienced guests, by regularly practicing it, you will get a toned body and a strong spirit.
The main emphasis in practice will be on endurance, strength and flexibility. After all, only after mastering one asana, you can move on to another.
In this session, we will work on:
- asanas (poses) that help keep the body healthy, beautiful, and strong;
- pranayama (breathing exercises) that teach you to regulate your breath and control your emotions;
- concentration of attention, to calm the mind and direct energy into constructive pathways for your spiritual growth;
- shavasana (relaxation) that allows you to connect with your true self.
Suitable for all skill levels.

Ако не искате треньора да ви снима или отбелязва в сторис, моля уведомете го предварително.
Внимание! Ако отмениш тренировката за по-малко от 6 часа преди началото й, тя не се запазва в баланса ти.
Тренировките, които започват в периода от 7:00 - 9:00 могат да се отменят без да ги изгубиш, само до 22:00 предишния ден.
