Barre
- Training duration — 45 minutes - Takes place in special grip socks Elegant and effective workout in the studio with ballet barre. Barre combines ballet, fitness, and pilates. You’ll do a full-body workout without jumping and running. However, you’ll work out all muscle groups, including the smaller ones that lie under the bigger ones, thanks to special exercises. Smaller muscles are the most difficult to activate, but they help shape graceful arms — like those of ballerinas — and toned slender hips. Depending on your workout level, you’ll work with your weight, one-kilogram dumbbells, resistance bands, and sliders and do barre exercises. By the way, you’ll notice a change in your posture after just a few workouts thanks to barre and ballet techniques.
Deep Yoga
Deep Yoga — a new level of awareness. This format is for those who want to dive fully into the practice of yoga. You’ll move slower, with more focus on breath, stillness, and body awareness. More time in asanas — more stability. More attention to breathing — less tension. More savasana — better recovery. It’s time to pause and be with yourself.
Stretching
- Training duration — 45 minutes - Takes place in regular grip socks Workout suitable for all fitness levels, both women and men. It’s about body flexibility and functionality rather than doing the splits. We recommend stretching after intense functional and cardio workouts  for recovery and better muscle development. Stretching helps your muscles to get more oxygen. In turn, it improves blood circulation in your muscles and helps them to recover and to develop in the right way.
Recovery
- Training duration — 55 minutes - Takes place in regular grip socks Workout that reminds the self-massage. Everyone who works out more than twice a week or feels tightness and muscle or joint pain needs to do this workout. Using special rollers, balls, and exercises, you’ll relax and massage your muscles after strength and cardio workouts. We’ll work on fascia, a layer of tissue that covers our organs and muscles. This way, your muscles will recover faster, and you’ll see the expected result after previous workouts.
Hatha yoga
- Takes place in regular grip socks Active yoga that uses static asanas and focuses on breathing. It helps you develop flexibility and physical endurance. During this class, we’ll practice: — Asanas (positions), which help keep your body healthy, beautiful, and strong; — Pranayama (breath-control techniques), which helps you control your breathing and emotions; — How to focus, which helps you keep calm and direct energy into constructive channels to boost your spiritual growth; — Shavasana (relaxation), which enables you to feel the true self.
Power yoga
- Training duration - 55 minutes - Takes place in regular grip socks Active yoga - advanced level. *Only for the prepared. This training helps you develop flexibility and physical endurance. During this class, we’ll practice: — Asanas (positions), which help keep your body healthy, beautiful, and strong; — Pranayama (breath-control techniques), which helps you control your breathing and emotions; — How to focus, which helps you keep calm and direct energy into constructive channels to boost your spiritual growth; — Shavasana (relaxation), which enables you to feel the true self.
Barre Classic
- Training duration — 45 minutes - Takes place in special grip socks Barre Classic is an intense and energetic full-body workout. This class format is closer to the original world-famous barre. There won't be complicated combinations, you can easily repeat and remember everything, but the body will burn from springs and precise movements with a small amplitude and unusual positions. We will start by working with small dumbbells to make the arms beautiful and graceful. Then we will work on the hips and glutes, where a ballet barre will be especially helpful.  And, of course, let's not forget about the core in the final. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Aero & Base
- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need regular socks for the workout. 45 minutes of aerial hammock exercises to improve flexibility, coordination and posture. This workout includes stretching elements and uses a hammock as support. You’ll learn to perform exercises in the air, which greatly relieves both the mind and body, helping to relieve tension and stress. It will also improve your posture and help alleviate back pain. Pay attention to the attire: wear clothing that covers exposed areas of skin to ensure maximum comfort during the session. It's preferable to wear a t-shirt, leggings, and socks. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Aero & Pro
- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need regular socks for the workout. 45 minutes of aerial hammock exercises to improve flexibility, coordination and posture for an advanced level! Here you'll learn to perform complex coordination exercises with the hammock, which activate the brain and help regulate the nervous system, relax, and relieve stress. Unlike the basic level workouts, this class focuses on improving strength and adding complexity to movements. Pay attention to the attire: wear clothing that covers exposed areas of skin to ensure maximum comfort during the session. It's preferable to wear a t-shirt, leggings, and socks. Each workout concludes with a core workout and a cool down.
Pilatass
- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need usual socks for the workout. A workout that will help you feel your body on a deeper level. Move with intention and find balance — both physically and mentally. Slow, precise movements where nothing is random, focus on breathing, and control over technique — all this helps strengthen your core, improve posture, and release tension in your back. This class is for those who want not just to move, but to take control of their body. Every muscle, even the ones you didn’t know existed, will be activated. You’ll leave the class feeling grounded, light, and resilient.
Aero & Base
- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need regular socks for the workout. 45 minutes in hammocks to enhance flexibility, coordination, and lightness in the body. This workout combines elements of stretching with aerial movement, using the hammock as a supportive prop. Gentle, fluid motions help decompress the spine, improve posture, and release both physical and emotional tension. It’s a practice that not only strengthens the body but also calms the mind, fostering inner balance and rejuvenation. Please note the dress code: to ensure a safe and comfortable experience, the body should be fully covered. We recommend wearing a T-shirt, leggings, and socks. Before the class, kindly remove all hand and wrist accessories to avoid discomfort or potential injury. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Pilatass
Pilates is a system of exercises created in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, which combines elements of yoga, ballet, and breathing techniques. The main idea of Pilates is to strengthen the body, especially the muscles of the abdomen and back, while also improving flexibility and posture. The exercises are performed with controlled, smooth movements, making Pilates suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
Aero & Pro
45 minutes of advanced Aerial Hammock exercises to improve flexibility, coordination, and posture! Here, you will learn to perform complex coordination exercises with the hammock that activate brain activity, help regulate the nervous system, relax the body, and relieve stress. We recommend taking this class only after attending Aero & Base. This ensures you have mastered the basics and feel confident enough for the Pro version, which is dedicated to improving strength and mastering more complex movements. Please note the dress code: For a comfortable and safe workout, it is important that your body is covered. We recommend wearing a T-shirt, leggings, and socks. Please remove all jewelry before the session to avoid discomfort and potential injury.
Magic Yoga 2025
Before we dive into the holiday rush, let’s pause. On December 15, we’ll gather in the cozy hall of Beit Dan for our final yoga practice of the year. We’ll create a space where time slows down. Ninety minutes to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and simply be together. We’ll unite our energy to revisit everything we’ve learned — from mindful breathing to our favorite asanas.
