Barre
Много красива и ефективна тренировка в залата със станки. Barre е комбинация от балет, фитнес и пилатес. Ще работиш за цяло тяло, но без досадните (понякога) скокове и бягане. Специалните упражнения включват всички мускули, включително малките, скрити под големите в мускулния корсет. Именно за тях се работи най-трудно, но пък благодарение на тях се оформят изящни ръце, стегнати и стройни бедра като на балерина. В зависимост от сложността на тренировката ще работиш със собствено телесно тегло, дъмбели, ластици и слайдери, както и упражнения на станка. Между другото, благодарение на станката и елементите от балета след няколко тренировки ще видиш промени в позата си.
Deep Yoga
Deep Yoga — a new level of awareness. This format is for those who want to dive fully into the practice of yoga. You’ll move slower, with more focus on breath, stillness, and body awareness. More time in asanas — more stability. More attention to breathing — less tension. More savasana — better recovery. It’s time to pause and be with yourself.
Stretching
Тренировка, подходяща за всички нива на фитнес, както за жени, така и за мъже. Тези класове не са с цел да те научим да правиш шпагат, а за да подпомогнем гъвкавостта и функционалността на тялото ти. Препоръчваме Стречинг (разтягане) след интензивна функционална и кардио тренировка – за възстановяване и по-красиво оформяне на мускулите. Разтягането насища мускулите с кислород. Това, от своя страна, подобрява кръвообращението на мускулите, подпомага тяхното възстановяване и последващото им правилно скулптуриране.
Recovery
Тази тренировка може да се смята и за самомасаж. Необходим е за всички, които тренират повече от 2 пъти седмично или изпитват стягане и болки в мускулите и ставите. С помощта на специални ролки, топки и упражнения ще отпуснеш и масажираш мускулите, ангажирани по време на силови тренировки и кардио натоварвания. Ще работим с фасцията – обвивката, която обгръща нашите вътрешни органи и мускули. Благодарение на това мускулите ти ще се възстановят по-бързо и ще видиш очаквания резултат от другите видове тренировки.
Hatha yoga
Активна йога, в която се използват статични асани и концентрация върху дишането. Тя е ориентирана към развиването на гъвкавост и физическа издържливост. По време на класовете с теб ще отработим: ⁃ Асани (позициите), които помагат да запазят тялото здраво, красиво и силно; ⁃ Пранаями (дихателни упражнения), които учат как да се регулира дишането и да се контролират емоциите; ⁃ Внимание и концентрация, които помагат да се успокои разума и да се насочи енергията в конструктивни канали за твоето духовно извисяване; ⁃ Медитация (отпускане, релаксация), която дава възможност да се почувстваш “истински”.
Power yoga
- Training duration - 55 minutes - Takes place in regular grip socks Active yoga - advanced level. *Only for the prepared. This training helps you develop flexibility and physical endurance. During this class, we’ll practice: — Asanas (positions), which help keep your body healthy, beautiful, and strong; — Pranayama (breath-control techniques), which helps you control your breathing and emotions; — How to focus, which helps you keep calm and direct energy into constructive channels to boost your spiritual growth; — Shavasana (relaxation), which enables you to feel the true self.
Barre Classic

- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need regular socks for the workout. 45 minutes in hammocks to enhance flexibility, coordination, and lightness in the body. This workout combines elements of stretching with aerial movement, using the hammock as a supportive prop. Gentle, fluid motions help decompress the spine, improve posture, and release both physical and emotional tension. It’s a practice that not only strengthens the body but also calms the mind, fostering inner balance and rejuvenation. Please note the dress code: to ensure a safe and comfortable experience, the body should be fully covered. We recommend wearing a T-shirt, leggings, and socks. Before the class, kindly remove all hand and wrist accessories to avoid discomfort or potential injury. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Aero & Pro
45 minutes of advanced Aerial Hammock exercises to improve flexibility, coordination, and posture! Here, you will learn to perform complex coordination exercises with the hammock that activate brain activity, help regulate the nervous system, relax the body, and relieve stress. We recommend taking this class only after attending Aero & Base. This ensures you have mastered the basics and feel confident enough for the Pro version, which is dedicated to improving strength and mastering more complex movements. Please note the dress code: For a comfortable and safe workout, it is important that your body is covered. We recommend wearing a T-shirt, leggings, and socks. Please remove all jewelry before the session to avoid discomfort and potential injury.
Stretch & Roll
Stretch & Roll – your perfect workout for recovery, flexibility, and stress relief. Imagine: a calm rhythm, relaxing music, stretching that you already love, and a new level of relaxation through foam roller exercises. Unlike classic Recovery, which focuses on working out the fascia and muscle tension release, Stretch & Roll combines muscle stretching and self-massage at the same time. This workout will help release the body from tension, activate blood circulation, and restore ease of movement. Give yourself time to recover and reset. Suitable for all skill levels.
Balance Yoga
A modern style of yoga that combines the traditional principles of Hatha yoga with knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and physiology. This is an ideal practice for those who want to approach their training as mindfully and safely as possible. The class is structured in a static-dynamic format, where every movement is synchronized with the breath and complemented by brief holds. Special attention is paid to working with antagonist muscles — this restores balance in the body, develops proper movement patterns, and gently prepares you for the asanas.
Strong Back
Strong Back is a signature class by Maria Kirey, designed for comprehensive core strengthening and spinal health restoration. This program blends elements of yoga and functional stabilization to create a strong, flexible, and healthy back. Over the course of 45 minutes, you will progress through three essential stages of bodywork: Activation and Warm-up: We begin with gentle mobility exercises for the spine and shoulder girdle. These movements help open the chest and prepare the joints for the workload ahead. Strength and Stabilization: The core of the workout focuses on the deepest stabilizer muscles. Through static and controlled exercises, you will develop strength, endurance, and structural stability. Yoga

Then, we will slowly and mindfully practice basic asanas, safely stretch the spine, and open the chest and hips. At the end of the session, a deep Savasana awaits you, helping you to completely release tension and reset your mind.
Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic practice where smooth transitions between asanas are precisely synchronized with the breath, combining strength work and deep stretching into one intense flow. This class is for those who already feel confident on the mat. You will move in a continuous flow, synchronizing each transition with your inhale and exhale. During the practice, you will work through complex combinations and sequences: more planks and chaturangas, powerful arm balances, deep twists, and active lunges. Balance Yoga Pro
