Cardio workouts at the most Instagrammable Smartass studio. In 2019, our Cycle studio in Kyiv received the award for the world’s best design at IES Illumination Awards.

Each of our trainers offers a special approach to workouts. Some of them put more emphasis on strength and endurance, some focus on cardio workouts, and some concentrate on creating a good mood and fun dance choreography. We recommend trying out several workouts with different trainers to choose what you like best.
