Stretching x Aromateque

After a good workout, there’s always room for a little more self-care. Aromateque will take it from here: after class, expect fragrances, body care, and gift certificates from the brand.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Workout suitable for all fitness levels, both women and men. It’s about body flexibility and functionality rather than doing the splits. We recommend stretching after intense functional and cardio workouts  for recovery and better muscle development.

Stretching helps your muscles to get more oxygen. In turn, it improves blood circulation in your muscles and helps them to recover and to develop in the right way.

Suitable for all skill levels.
