Oleksandra Solovyova-Rumyantseva
Has practiced yoga for over 7 years, graduated from Balance Yoga YT200. For her, practice is the search for balance between tension and release, the ability to find quiet where noise usually lives. Asanas here are built from the inside — through understanding and feeling the changes in the body, not just reproducing the shape. The most important asana is Shavasana: the moment when you finally let life simply be. The main goal isn't to leave that state on the mat but to learn to carry it into real life. Not to practice yoga, but to live yoga.
