Svitlana Hanza

A practicing rehabilitation therapist who graduated from the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine. During her student years, she already discovered the world of yoga as the best method for recovery after injuries.

She believes that a good coach always improves their skills, so since 2008, she has not stopped learning.

Svitlana’s training is suitable for those who are ready to work hard and seek positive changes in their lives, for those who understand that our body is our most loyal friend and should be cared for. Her training focuses primarily on improving flexibility, strengthening muscles, and developing control over every part of the body.

Svitlana uses only safe and effective methods and teaches Hatha Yoga.
