Full Body
- Training duration — 60 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. Full body workout in the gym: from legs to shoulders. Perfect for those who want to make the maximum in 60 minutes and engage all major muscle groups! The workout involves using both machines and free weights. At the end, we will do a core workout and a cool down. You'll train in a positive environment under the guidance of our experienced trainer. It's almost like a personal training session, but more interesting. After the workout, don't forget to check the schedule and sign up for classes focused on other muscle groups to work your entire body throughout the week. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Cardio & Stuff
- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. An intense cardio workout featuring a bike, a rowing machine, a ski machine, an inertial treadmill, and all your endurance. The machines will help you burn up to 500 (!!!) calories per workout, and the trainer's supervision will improve your exercise technique. Each workout ends with a cool down. You'll train in a positive environment under the guidance of our experienced trainer. It's almost like a personal training session, but more fun. After the workout, don't forget to check the schedule and sign up for classes focused on other muscle groups to work your entire body throughout the week. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Functional
- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. Functional training in the gym using a variety of equipment to increase endurance and actively burn calories. Sandbags, tires, hurdles, ropes, water bags, medicine balls, cardio machines, and more! You'll train in a positive company under the guidance of our experienced trainer. It's almost like a personal training session, but more fun. After the workout, don't forget to check the schedule and sign up for classes focused on specific muscle groups to work your entire body throughout the week. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Barre TRX
В тази тренировка комбинираме любимата на всички станка и TRX ленти. Barre е комбинация от балет, фитнес и пилатес. Ще работиш за цяло тяло, но без скокове и бягане. In this class, we move through hammock-supported asanas that release tension and decompress your spine. Breathing techniques open the chest and bring you a little closer to that zen state of mind. We work with bodyweight, building flexibility and endurance — and finish with deep relaxation in the air, as if your body’s on vacation from gravity. Flow Yoga welcomes both beginners and seasoned practitioners — the hammock will be your steady support throughout the journey.
Perfect Core
A workout laser-focused on building core strength and stability. We use TRX, dumbbells, and bodyweight, mixing different loading patterns so your abs fire from every angle and never get too comfortable. This is all about control, clean technique, and really feeling the muscles working in every single rep. A strong core isn’t just about looking good — it supports your spine, improves posture, and helps reduce everyday back tension. This session is perfect if you want smart, targeted work with your body: no pointless jumping, just quality training and results you can actually feel.
Pilatass Basic
A gentle format designed for anyone who wants to build strong foundations without overloading the body. There’s nothing to prove here — we focus on learning to properly connect with your body and develop sound technique. We work on the deep core muscles and the stabilisers of the spine and pelvis, building control over movement and breath, and incorporating mobility work along the way. Over time, this improves trunk stability, posture and range of motion, while helping to release tension in the neck, shoulders and lower back. Regular practice also supports better nervous system regulation and overall balance. If you’re planning to move on to a more intensive format while maintaining proper technique, this class provides the perfect base.
