Get ready to elevate your running game with Smartass Run! Our workouts are designed to build running strength, speed, stamina, and endurance while fostering a team spirit. At Smartass, we're all about power, energy, and providing great inspiration and motivation from our coaches and teammates!

No matter if you just bought your first running shoes, or already run sub 2:45 in the marathon - join us multiple times a week for dynamic sessions tailored to different aspects of running.

On Tuesdays, we focus on strength; Thursdays, on speed; on Sundays, we build endurance and just enjoy the ride! Each 60-minute session is carefully crafted to deliver a complete and perfect running experience, including a jog and mobility warmup, the main workout, and a stretch and recovery cool down.

And most importantly, the training starts at Smartass Warsaw sports club (Grzybowska street). From there we head to green areas of Warsaw city center (Pola Mokotowskie, Agrykola, Łazienki Królewskie, Ogród Saski). On the weekends we take longer routes along Vistula river and Warsaw parks to enjoy the beauty of nature and  escape urban grounds!

 

❗️IMPORTANT:

Suitable for all levels of training.

Training time: 60 minutes

Distance: 6-10km (adjusted to the ability of the group)

 

Start: Smartass Warsaw club

Finish: Smartass Warsaw club

(provided locker rooms, showers, drinking water, etc.)

You can take 0.5 liters of water and a baseball cap for training on hot days.

We start on time, come 15 minutes before time if you are a first timer or have questions for the trainer.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

If this is your first time at a training session, you should definitely arrive 15 minutes before the start to get a briefing.
Be sure to bring a water bottle with you. In our dressing room you will be able to collect delicious filtered drinking water.
Don't be late! After the start of training, we do not let you into the gym. You can be injured if you don't stretch and warm up. And it would be unfair to disturb the atmosphere of the class set up by the coach.
We have free boxing gloves. You also need to have your own inner gloves or buy them at the reception.
We recommend a light carbohydrate snack to keep you energized and beat everyone in your workout.
In the changing room you can borrow a free small face towel.
During the workout, our trainers take stories so that you can be proud of yourself afterwards. Because if you didn’t take a photo or video at a workout, then consider that you weren’t there   😁

If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
You can cancel registration for a class without losing it 6 hours before the start or earlier.

Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
