Maja’s approach to body work integrates hatha yoga, Pilates, functional training and breath work. She finds yogalates to be the most fulfilling and comprehensive training combination, sourcing the wise from yoga and the healthy from Pilates. Maja puts significant stress on body awareness, correct movement patterns, openness, breath, and core strengthening.
