Aero & Pro

WHAT TO EXPECT:

45 minutes of aerial hammock exercises to improve flexibility, coordination and posture for an advanced level!
Here you'll learn to perform complex coordination exercises with the hammock, which activate the brain and help regulate the nervous system, relax, and relieve stress.
Unlike the basic level workouts, this class focuses on improving strength and adding complexity to movements.
Pay attention to the attire: wear clothing that covers exposed areas of skin to ensure maximum comfort during the session. It's preferable to wear a t-shirt, leggings, and socks. Each workout concludes with a core workout and a cool down.
