However, you’ll work out all muscle groups, including the smaller ones that lie under the bigger ones, thanks to special exercises. Smaller muscles are the most difficult to activate, but they help shape graceful arms — like those of ballerinas — and toned slender hips.
Workout suitable for all fitness levels, both women and men. It’s about body flexibility and functionality rather than doing the splits. We recommend stretching after intense functional and cardio workouts for recovery and better muscle development.
Workout that reminds the self-massage. Everyone who works out more than twice a week or feels tightness and muscle or joint pain needs to do this workout. Using special rollers, balls, and exercises, you’ll relax and massage your muscles after strength and cardio workouts. We’ll work on fascia, a layer of tissue that covers our organs and muscles. This way, your muscles will recover faster, and you’ll see the expected result after previous workouts.

5Q (5 Qualities) is Anna Mazna's original class. Functional training which develops 5 physical qualities: endurance, speed, strength, flexibility and coordination. 45 minutes of various exercises so that you will not be bored, and the body will receive the necessary load in all muscle groups.
